Values and Virtues Adopted and Integrated in Our Curriculum
Traditional values, such as patriotism, good discipline, respect for all, and respect for religious beliefs, loyalty, Silat Al Rahim (family relations) and devotion to truth, are highly respected and integrated into the school curricula.
Additionally, IAS strives to live by the following values: Integrity, Responsibility, Accountability, Transparency, Innovation, Sharing, Empathy, Sustainability, Peace, Equity, Trust, Diversity and Resilience.
We believe that these values must be crystallized in our students' behavior and guide us in all our decisions.
IAS strives to create a school atmosphere that leads to the development of moral and social values through its programs which will instill in them the following Islamic virtues: Faithfulness, self-respect and respect for all, good discipline, honesty, courtesy, punctuality, clean and healthy living, perseverance, ability to profit from defeat and success, helping others, and humbleness.
